Getting an art career rolling is not easy when one is a mother and wears so many hats. Giving is one way to get people to look at your stuff and I've been blessed to be able to GIVE art away for many good causes! View my portfolio for some examples.

I have been blessed the past two years to have been one of the artists asked to collaborate with the children of Chase's Place in Dallas, a special school for special kids. Together we have created beautiful art that is then auctioned off at their annual benefit. This year, I worked on three pieces, one of them is a collaboration between Dallas jeweler and artist, Molly Plumb Smith, student Sarah Myers and myself. The event is Friday night, February 5, 2010, at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. More information can be found at the Chase's Place website, www.chasesplace.org.
